Wil Ojeda started CKO Kickboxing as a member in late 2009. Like any other CKO member Wil knows what he wants from a workout and likes to have a variety of routines in order to achieve that full body workout. Goal setting and motivation is what drives him to push others to that next level of calithenics. He believes that in order for an instructor or a personal trainer to help others obtain their fitness goals they need to be able to accomplish their own. Prior to CKO Wil has been an active Coach for baseball, football, basketball and softball. He trains individuals from ages 9 to adulthood.
Wil can be found teaching at CKO WNY and CKO Edgewater. He specializes in boot camp-style drills and dumbells drills. He enjoys motivating CKO members to work hard during their classes to achieve their fitness goals.
